What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, work email, company, what you are building, where it is today, what would help, and how you found us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission is not automated. There are no accounts.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together (steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering). Bot protection is a legitimate interest.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, the form endpoint, email delivery, Turnstile, cookieless analytics.
• Google Workspace: the mailbox your enquiry arrives in.
• Google Calendar: only if you book a call.
• Open-Meteo: the Pune weather on the contact page. Your browser asks for it directly, so Open-Meteo sees your IP address; nothing you type is sent.

International transfers

We work from India; our processors operate in the EU, US and elsewhere under their standard contractual safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. Our analytics store nothing in your browser. Turnstile and Google Calendar may set their own.

How long we keep it

24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Your rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws and India’s DPDP Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to hello@eloquent.studio; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
