More than six years, three products, one engineering team

The problem

Mach33 began as an equity crowdfunding platform: retail investors backing private companies under Reg CF and Reg D 506(b). Every dollar moves through a compliance gate: accreditation, AML review, suitability, subscription documents that must be signed and countersigned, closes that settle in tranches. Get the workflow wrong and you don’t ship a bug, you ship a securities violation.

Then the business grew past its own platform twice. First when investors who had committed needed post-close administration. Again when the company moved into institutional research and needed to turn unstructured source material into something an analyst could defend.

What we built

The investment platform. The full private-placement lifecycle: offers, structured pitches, commitments and payments, e-signed subscription documents with webhook reconciliation, accreditation and AML review queues, rolling closes.

Fund administration. Funds, commitments and transfers, capital calls, investor questionnaires, data rooms.

Research publishing. A publishing platform with chart generation, subscription plans, organisation-level access and its own OAuth provider, and an MCP server so subscribers’ AI assistants can read research at their tier.
