The problem
A single diagnostic test involves parties who share no systems: the patient who books it and the lab that runs it. The result has to travel back across them, and each handoff is somewhere it can be lost, delayed or attached to the wrong person.
Aggregating labs makes the coordination harder, not easier: now there are many labs, each with its own processes, sitting behind one promise to the patient.
What we built
One platform spanning the whole chain: a patient app for booking and results, a partner app, a CRM for leads and query resolution, payments, and the reporting layer underneath.
The design problem is identity across handoffs: a sample must remain unambiguously attached to a person from booking through collection, processing and result, across organisations that don’t share a database and don’t work the same way.
